We accept UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), and cash. For international travellers, we accept payments in INR equivalent through agreed rates. A 30% advance deposit is required to confirm your booking; the balance is payable on arrival or before departure.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the travel date receive a full refund of the deposit minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations 3–6 days before travel receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance. In cases of natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions, we will offer a full rescheduling credit valid for 12 months.

For jeep safaris: comfortable clothing, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, water bottle, and a light jacket (mornings can be chilly). For treks: sturdy closed-toe shoes or trekking boots, a backpack with water and snacks, rain jacket (Jun–Sep), and a small first-aid kit. We provide all specialised safety equipment. Leave valuables in your accommodation.

Most of our jeep safaris and standard tours are suitable for all ages, including young children and senior citizens. Challenging treks have a recommended minimum age of 12 and basic fitness requirement. We always disclose the physical demand level for each experience upfront. Please inform us of any medical conditions when booking so we can advise appropriately.

The ideal season is October to May, when skies are clear and trails are accessible. October to February offers the coolest, most comfortable weather — perfect for trekking and safaris. March to May is warmer but great for wildlife sightings. June to September is monsoon season: trails become lush and dramatic, but some routes are restricted. The Kolukkumalai sunrise is magical year-round.

Yes! Groups of 8 or more qualify for special rates. Groups of 15+ receive dedicated coordination including multiple vehicles, customised meals, and a group activity plan. Corporate teams and school/college groups have availed significant discounts — contact us with your group size and we'll prepare a tailored quote.

Absolutely — in fact, most of our bookings are custom-built. Tell us your interests (wildlife, history, adventure, relaxation, food), available days, and budget, and our team will design an exclusive itinerary. We can combine jeep safaris, wildlife tours, treks, home stays, and hotel bookings into a single seamless trip.

Safety is our first principle. All vehicles undergo regular maintenance and carry first-aid kits. Trek guides are certified in wilderness first aid. We carry mobile communication devices even in low-signal areas. We do not operate in unsafe weather conditions and always brief guests on dos and don'ts before every activity. Insurance for guides is maintained, and we recommend guests carry personal travel insurance.

Chinnar is home to star tortoises, spotted deer (chital), sambar, wild boar, Indian gaur (bison), elephants, leopards, and over 245 species of birds including several rare endemics. It also hosts one of the only populations of grizzled giant squirrel in the world. Our naturalist guides maximise sighting opportunities by timing your visit with animal activity patterns.

Yes — we offer comfortable taxi and cab services from Cochin International Airport, Ernakulam railway station, Coimbatore airport, and all major points in the Munnar area. Our vehicles are clean, AC-equipped, and driven by experienced licensed drivers. Pre-booking is recommended, especially during peak season (Dec–Jan).

We recommend booking at least 7–10 days in advance for standard tours, and 2–4 weeks ahead during peak season (October–February) and for large groups. Last-minute bookings are often possible — WhatsApp us and we'll do our best to accommodate. For corporate retreats and wedding/honeymoon packages, 4–6 weeks lead time is ideal.
